At The Daishin Buddhist Temple & Mindfulness Center:

We provide regular classes covering Buddhist meditation and the Buddhist way of life. The Center is a member of the Daishin Buddhist Society of America and follows the Daishin Zen Buddhist Tradition. The center is under the leadership of Venerable Bushi Yamato Damashii, an accomplished meditation master and renowned Teacher of Daishin Zen Buddhism. Our teachings include meditation, positive thinking, relaxation techniques, and practical advice for solving daily problems. We also organize study programs, community events, special day courses, retreats and weekend spiritual holidays abroad.

Founded in 2012, Daishin Buddhist Temple & Mindfulness Center is the first center of Daishin Zen Buddhism to be established in North Carolina. The Center owns a beautiful and peaceful house on US Hwy 64 in Thomasville, North Carolina. The Temple and Center is easily accessible from anywhere in the Davidson County area. The Center offers a delightful spacious meditation room, bookstore, meditation garden, and comfortable sitting areas for socializing.
